Ethiopia’s land forces Commander tells Ethiopian troops who are joining AUSSOM in Somalia to avoid politics.
the ENDF will replace other units working under AUSSOM whose mandate expired.
Analysts believe that Ethiopia’s foreign policy to Somalia may little bit changed.
New contingent of Ethiopian forces will be deployed to Somalia to participate the AUSSOM mission in Somalia.
“You should focus your duties, and keep our dignity as you are our ambassadors.” Said the Land forces Commander.
Ethiopia is one of the troop contributors in AU’s peace mission in Somalia nearly in 20 years.
Ethiopia alongside Kenya, Djibouti Uganda,Burundi and Egypt who recently joined the mission are troop contributors.
